Q: Am unfamiliar with the packaging. Was disheartened to discover there was 0 inner seal/any external safety wrap; the lid just screws right off to reveal the product. Is this normal? Most "beauty" items have some sort of tamper protection.

I have used this product for 20 years! But over the past few months something has changed with this wax. It used to be much firmer. Now it is softer and I can no longer style my hair properly with it. This new 'wetter' formula leaves your hair clumped and damp looking. What have you done American Crew? You've ruined a great product!

This hair styling cream is awful. First thing you notice when you open it up is how nasty it smells!!! I can't believe anyone would want to use this and smell like that all day! Also, it says high hold, that is false. It starts loosing hold within the hour, and it is not a strong hold whatsoever.

I have been buying FIBER since my hair was not so salt and pepper. The formula has definitely been changed to a soft buttery texture and it doesn’t have the hold. Time to move on, which is disappointing.

I’ve been using Fiber for longer than I can remember, 20+ years. Why on earth would you change the formula?!?! The hold is less and now feels greasy and has shine. Basically everything I was trying to avoid in a hair styling product. Stop being cheap and change it back please!

Loved the old recipe where it made my thinning hair look full and didn't give a shine. The new recipe makes it look like i used gel and shows my hair is thinning and also gives it shine. The only pro side of the new recipe is that it's easier to wash off your hands after using.

Its now extremely oily and it no longer holds your hair in place like it used to. Half way through the day my hair is starting to look greasy and flat. Deeply disappointing.
