Package arrived completely damaged. The "shatter-resistant" glass was in 1,000 pieces! Terrified to even open the box, sounded like a glass jigsaw puzzle. Such a shame. And the FedEx driver was giggling when he dropped it off ... what a jerk!

Incorrect dimensions not actually 11x17. Actual opening for print or photo is 11 1/2 x 17 1/2. I needed a frame to fit an 11x17 print and it clearly does not fit because width and length are 1/2 larger than advertised. Had to put tissue paper behind it to hide the cardboard. Already threw away the box otherwise I would have returned.

I needed a square, not rectangle, frame. Do you know how hard it is to find such? Definitely relieved to find this one. Was a tad too big for what I needed to frame, but I created a nice border to enhance. Fram is well made.

Completely impossible to assemble. Directions are impossible to understand. It calls for screws, which are not included! Aaahhh!!

What a great frame! I was very pleasantly surprised. It was way nicer than what I was expecting. It is infinitely better than the usual cheap plastic frames I buy locally for my band posters, photos, etc. It was very well packaged for shipping, arrived in perfect condition, is heavy, sturdy, and feels to be very high quality. Looks great. I highly recommend it.
