I was sent something similar but NOT what I ordered. What I received had a price tag on the bottom from ROSS retailing $7.99. I paid the original price as listed here which averaged out to be over $20. This "3rd party Seller" is sending dupes of things listed here. Not Cool People, NOT cool to be scamming via Target's Website. I expected better TARGET. AVOID this "3 party retailer".
