Q: Does this product actually remove the thick callouses? Or does it just slightly buff the skin? Is there actually a mechanism that removes the callous buidlup?
A: Hello! This electric callous remover buffs away thick and hard skin of your feet to reveal touchable soft and smooth feet. The Regular Course (light blue) roller head is standard and designed for use most of the time. The Ultra Course has the highest crystals for the toughest hard skin. This roller should be considered by people who have particularly hard/callus skin.

Q: Is the battery replaceable or rechargeable?

Q: I have the amope wet dry foot file. Will the PINK COARSE replacement files fit in the wed dry blue foot file?
