I of course always wish there was more mushrooms but that’s just me. The flavor was good but needed salt. As far as the texture and amount of mushrooms it was pretty decent. I love this soup!!!! I cannot eat gluten and I have a sensitive stomach. I LOVE soup and I've tried a lot of gluten free soups but this is currently my favorite. A lot of Amy's soups are bland but this one isn't! It's flavorful, savory, and low in calories 😩 if you like mushrooms it's definitely worth trying!!!
