The chunks of vegetables make it very filling. It comes as an easy open top can. Just put in a bowl and microwave. I loved it as a last second meal.
I was excited for a new flavor. And then I was left disappointed.

The beans had a pleasant texture to them and the vegetables were cooked well. I enjoyed that the ingredients were organic and didn’t appear to have any extra preservatives. I would definitely recommend this to others.

The way the can opens is extremely simple because I don’t need to search for a can opener - this makes it great for on the go also - so easy! The ingredients of beans, tomatoes, carrots and other veggies are extremely filling so I feel like I’m getting a lot of great nutrients in this soup. It’s also easy to cook on the stovetop as with all of the other Amy’s Organic soups! I might add a bit more kick to the flavor profile, but Amy really knew what she was doing in the kitchen when creating this product.

Most canned meals tend to be a bit on the salty side but this one was pretty tame! Flavor came from the veggies and beans - I would definitely pick this up in store again. Also, my 3 yr old loved it. He also enjoyed identifying all the food/veggies/beans!

You can just put it into the microwave and it is still good. I didn’t use the stovetop but I think it would depend the flavors.

The soup is quite good, it’s rich and the vegetables in it are plenty. My only negative was how salty the soup was. I took a look at the nutrition label and was shocked that one can has more than half of the daily sodium intake. So, this soup should probably only be a sometimes meal when you don’t have time to cook. Overall though, I would recommend.

We normally get lots of Amy’s meals due to their healthy portions and very minimal ingredients, but this one is our absolute favorite! The packaging is also really good as it’s really easy to serve and quickly prepare. The way in which he cooking instructions are written are also very easy and simple to follow.. I would highly recommend any of Amy’s meals especially this one!

I paired it with some enchiladas, and it was a superb combination. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal! The packaging was a standard canned packaging that was easy to pop open, with simple cooking instructions or ready to serve as is!
