From the day I opened this mascara I was unhappy with the quality and how the application brush looked and applied. The brush is matted and the product flakes off in your eye as you apply it. I tried to use the entire tube but less than a month in I am throwing it out. The brush is so matted down I can't even use it. What a waste. I would never buy this again.

Recently started using this mascara (about a week now) and I would not purchase again. The brush is poor and gets matted easily. The mascara often flakes off as I am applying and leaves flaking residue on my cheeks and in my eye as I am putting it on. Not overly impressed with the look when it is applied; it does make my lashes appear fuller but does little for the length. I hardly doubt I will be able to use for the duration of the tube as I feel it will further dry out and become very bothersome to apply.

I don't know if I received an expired product but I am not impressed. It is very clumpy and flakes off leaving me with a messy residue around my eyes. It's impactful so only looks good from afar. Sadly, I wasted money as I'll be throwing this in the trash.

I love that you can layer on multiple coats of this mascara for a good deal of length and volume. I have very sparse lashes and this helps them look longer and thicker. I don't notice a lot of flaking as others did. I wish it came in waterproof as it did smudge a bit under my eye (which all mascara does on me if it's not waterproof).
Whoever is saying this is a good mascara is lying.

I love a lot of products from this brand but this mascara is awful. It clumps and flakes immediately after application. The wear doesn't last. My lashes are very long and curl naturally but this weighs them down and melts off through out the day.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but this has to be the worst mascara I've ever used. And I have tried a LOT of mascaras. Doesnt build, super clumpy…. I love their other products but this mascara is a huge flop.

In first few uses, mascara came out as clumpy. I combed through with a clean spoolie and it flaked everywhere. Lashes had more volume but it's too much work to use and have it look good

So I got this for Christmas from one of my friends and it was not good it was pretty liquidy and it clumps very easily I was very disappointed and i even used a spoolie to try to get out the clumps and that didn't work either would not recommend.
Bottom line...it clumps
