These clippers are really nice. My wife is a now retired Cosmetologist who worked in that industry 40+ years. She was surprised by its quality construction as well as its performance. I bought it just for beard maintenance but she used it to give me a haircut as well. She likes it as much than her much more expensive clippers she uses from her work tools that she keeps around to cut my hair.

I'm pleasantly surprised with these clippers. I've owned several Wahl clippers, recently purchased two of them and they were terrible quality. These Andis clippers are really well made. Blades are super sharp, they have a super smooth cutting pattern, meaning they don't pull my hair like the Wahl clippers do, and they used a premium grade materials to make the housing of these clippers. If you're on a budget and need a good quality clipper, then look no further.

Clippers are nice and sharp but the guards are TRASH!!! They are flimsy and the gaps are wide which means the cuts are uneven especially if you have thin hair, such as I. If they or you can find a decent guard, then we have a winner
