Easy to covert it to different positions and is really comfortable once you get it kind of broke in because it’s a little firm at first but gets softer the more you sit on it. It’s pretty comfortable to sleep on as well and I love that it can be turn into a full size sleeper and is very convenient to have that feature. So far it’s held up very well and is very sturdy. It’s a great couch and also doesn’t take up a lot of space either. It’s a nice convertible sofa and I would definitely recommend it!!

You can tilt the head rest down and pull up the bottom and pray you don't fall asleep! It's better than my bed! Also converts into a full queen size bed, and let me just say it's the most comfortable bed I've slept on. I tend to fall asleep on it everytime I lay down on it lol

THIS SERTA Sofa pulls out into a full size bed. and all 3 of my kids have enjoyed sleeping on it. When I find out there is a bed in it, u definitely expect it to be heavy like the older pull out couches...but this one is so lite! Even my 10 year old can pull this out with one hand! And putting it back is even easier. The cushions are soft and very thick!! I love it! VERY NICE and STURDY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get this couch! I love how convenient it is. I have this down in our basement. I love how in 3 seconds you can go from a couch to queen bed. It’s super comfortable. It is on that firm side but I prefer it that one. The base is all one piece, and the two arms slide right on. The back has three different positions. I absolutely love everything about this couch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give this sofa more than 5 stars I would! We absolutely love it! My kids love to share it and watch a movie after school. My hubby and I also love to share it as we watch a movie during our alone time once kids are in bed. We all love the way it pulls out and is very easy to pull out. You can pull it out to full bed, or half way out to put your feet up and stretch out. We love to do this and to put the backrest down a bit so we are really comfy. I often even sleep in it. As an educator, I often need a larger space to creat lessons, grade papers, and get things in order. This is perfect because pulled out, it gives me ample work space while remaining super comfy to boot! I used to use the kitchen table but this is so much more comfy! We never realized how much we hated and rarely used our old loveseat until we got this sofa! We are obsessed with it. In fact, I am in it right now, getting ready to go to sleep in it and I know I am the most comfortable one in the house! I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a good sofa bed for my loft for a while and I'm so glad that I've found this Serta Augustine Queen Convertible Sofa. It is easy to assemble and operate and I like the color and construction, it seems very sturdy and well designed. The multiple angles adjustable backrest is a nice feature. The material used in this sofa bed is of high quality and seems easy to clean. The best part is how easy it is to convert it into a bed, I've tried other types of sofa bed before and some were very hard to operate but this one is so easy that I can do it by myself. I'm looking forward to use it when I have extra guests in my house and I'm sure they will enjoy it!

Not only is is super comfortable but when you pull it out to a bed (which is super easy and not bulky) it’s is just as comfortable! This is the perfect couch for smaller spaces that need to serve as an extra bed. We love it!

Love the thickness of the fabric and the white piping accents. Wipes clean very easily. Easy to assemble the unit to a couch from the box. It easily converts to a queen bed with a simple clock. And it is quite comfortable to sleep on with the Serta brand sleeper!

It is very easy to convert it into a very comfortable bed for anyone who wants to come stay the night. The pillows on the sofa is so very sofa I slept like a baby. We've now added this sleeper sofa for seating and sleep space when family visits. It is exactly what I was looking for. The fabric is a soft short polyester plush that I hope will be easy to keep clean. The light gray charcoal is a versatile color that can go with just about any color scheme. The unit is very heavy! Easy to assemble and once assembled very easy to convert. It feels like a very sturdy piece of furniture. It is firm and that is what we wanted. It works great in our space and I am 100% satisfied!

I was delivered right to our door, and they did help put the box in the door. Easy to put together. It looks really nice in my living room. Can just pull out the bed and relax on this and watch tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly never thought that I would like the couch this much. I was afraid it might be too stiff or too small but I actually really like the size of it and while the couch is more stiff than I had hoped for it is actually very comfortable if you give it a chance. In the original couch position and when the bottom part is also pulled out the stiffness works to keep the back more stable to sit against. When the couch is fully down in the bed position the stiffness is not ideal however I just added a couple blankets over the couch and found it a lot more comfortable than before. It is very easy to switch between couch, bed and other positions and it has a mechanism to keep fingers safe while switching the positions back and forth. I also love that I can have a simple couch when I need more space in the room, a lounge position when I want to watch TV with my feet up and a bed for when I want to sleep. I am not sure if this is accurate but the instructions said that the couch could fit 3 average sized people and I saw on a website that the weight limit was 400 pounds so this is something to keep in mind. While there does seem to be room for three people we only let two people on the couch a time just to be safe. It was delivered to us in a huge box mostly assembled and finishing the assembly was very easy but it did take more than just one person. Also just a tip; we initially thought that we were missing the cushions to the couch but eventually found them inside the bottom part that pulls out so check there if you can't find the cushions. Overall this couch has made our living room an even more inviting space and everybody in our family likes it and the versatile positions that it offers.

It is firm and made with tight stitching, even has pin stripes! It sleeps two and this Saturday fa comes with two arm pillows. I love it, another Serta product worth owning.

Easy to use? Check! Super comfortable? Check! Check! Check! We hated the fact that our guest room was being occupied by furniture that wasn’t being used but a handful of times a year. So we decided to do some redecorating! We replaced the full size bed with the Serta Convertible Sofa. Definitely saves a lot of room! And it creates another functional room in our house. The sofa itself is super comfy! It’s pretty firm and feels very supportive. We love that we can use this sofa in several different ways. The pull out cushion can be used to extend the length of the sofa to enjoy a lounging position while using it. Or you can lean the backside all the way down to create a full size bed. Perfect for guests! We are really impressed with the quality of this sofa so far. Definitely a favorite spot for lounging around here. We may have to get another one!

You can convert it to a bed or pull out the bottom for a foot rest. Super easy to pull out into a bed or foot rest then just as easy to convert back to a sofa. I’m so pleased with the quality of this convertible sofa. It’s design is really nice and sleek and really comfortable and sturdy. I love it. My family has been enjoying it so much!

We threw out our old sofa in our den to make room for the new one.the color is perfect with the other furniture in the room. The fabric is soft, and the color is perfect. I did not have to move much in the room to make it fit. We have grandkids that visit a lot, and friends too. Now our new sofa bed will get a lot of use.
