I may have already had 2-3 doses of caffeine throughout the day and 4 easy chews gets me back in the game without too much.

Have been using them for 2 weeks now and taking them in the morning before my workout. I have been taking 6 a day and feel the quick effects. No tingling and no sluggish feeling afterwards or end of the day. the taste gets you at first but the flavor is amazing. Hopefully the creatine chews get this flavor too. or they make these in the mango madness.
