Q: How do you know when the bar is fully charged? No lights when plugging in and several hours later when pushing the button it cycles through 4 lights yet goes back to 2, even after trying different outlets. The online manual is not clear and lacks info.
A: Hi Kat, thanks for reaching out about Anker PowerCore III Sense (20W) 10000mAh The first oval-shaped indicator on the right is not a battery indicator. Q: Can this be used for a Nintendo Switch ?
A: Hi CPat, thanks for reaching out about Anker PowerCore III Sense (20W) 10000mAh Yes, you can charge a Nintendo Switch with this power bank using a USB cable. However, there are a few things to know. Firstly the power bank has a 20W output, which is enough to charge the Switch, but it won't be as fast as using the official Nintendo Switch AC adapter. You can also charge the Switch while playing, but if you're playing a demanding game, the battery might still drain, just at a slower rate. Lastly, you will need to use a USB-C to USB-C Cable to connect the power bank to the Switch. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
