Q: How do you know when the bar is fully charged? No lights when plugging in and several hours later when pushing the button it cycles through 4 lights yet goes back to 2, even after trying different outlets. The online manual is not clear and lacks info.

    This power bank never works. I had a black web power bank and it was amazing but I couldn’t find a replacement so i got this one and i regret it. It has two ports but neither of them work, i’ve already swapped the cable multiple times to see if that was the problem but it still never charges my phone. Super unreliable. Takes forever to charge just for it to give one full charge if it decides to work.

    This power bank feels solid; however, just a warning to those with iPhone 15s - this will not charge your phone. My phone was at 20% and I connected it via USB-C to USB-C and it appears my phone was trying to reverse charge the power bank, despite the power bank being fully charged. The Dynamic Island on my phone would pop up that it was charging as soon as it was connected, but then immediately stopped charging. I think tried the USB-A to USB-C connection and it didn't do anything at all.

    This is the second portable charger that I’ve owned, and this one sucks. It literally takes all day to charge (7 hours) and then is completely depleted after charging my iPhone 1.5 times. I would like to return it, but silly me, I threw away the box upon opening it. It’s very pretty to look at though, maybe I’ll use it for a pretty paper weight.
