Q: Can these be used for sushi making

A: The sheets are only about 3 - 1/4 by 2 -1/4 inches and are very brittle. You'd have to make miniature sushi rolls. They are delicious as a snack - eat em that way.

I have eaten seaweed in salad and wrapped around sushi rolls. Even dried, this snack tastes nothing like seaweed or sesame. Believe the 8% of reviews that give one star. Rotten fish, not worth eating...all those descriptions spot on. Avoid!

I love seaweed and seeing that this brand is organic I was more excited about buying it. I read that seaweed can expose you to dangerous carcinogens and high levels of toxic metals. I tried to find where Annie Chun’s seaweed is harvested or what type of seaweed it is but information is very hard to find. I’d love it if anyone could give additional info.
