This is a perfect stir fry pan and happy to pick this up during sale. This pan lasts for years but always good to have a spare one in storage as back up as well!

Excellent pan for stove top cooking! The base of the pan could be a larger diameter for better balance on cast iron burner grates.

Bought this as a replacement for a previous one that we used daily and wore out after a couple of years.

Pancakes are my nonstick test. Pancakes stick, no oil is used. Pancakes must be scraped loose with a silicone spatula and then they are nonstick. Same after you flip it.

this is a great pan - wok or fry pan or even large sauce pan. Just love it and no riviets means it is easy to clean. Anolon got this absolutely right

We have owned a Anolon for years and it was time to replace our older stir fry pans. These are great pans and with the non-stick coating it makes cleaning a breeze.

I love this pan. It is the work horse in my very busy kitchen. (I have used an Analon version of this pan for over 15 years) I use it at least once a day. The weight is good, the size is good. However, the finish roughs up a bit in about a year, and I replace it. So fantastic pan, short life. This is the third since I replaced my cooktop with induction in July 2018.

I bought this wok to replace my old Anolon wok that I had used for almost 9 years. This is a very high quality wok with a nice non-stick surface and cooks with even heating without burning the food. I have used this new wok for vegetable stir-fry, sweet and sour pork ribs, chicken dishes, tofu dishes, and many other types of dishes and it works very well.

Best pan I've ever had. Handle takes a long time to heat up so as of yet I haven't even had to use pot holders. You can feel the sturdiness as soon as you unpack it. Very even and consistent cooking.

The copper surround on the bottom really allowed for stability especially I noticed at high temperatures. I have cooked not only stir frys but also boiled water for pasta noodles and used it to cook a frozen convenience meal in a pinch. In all situations the pan held heat well, cleanup was no more than a quick rinse and a wipe with a papertowel. The pan is super nonstick. No need for oils or butter and even cheese is no threat. My favorite meal was a stirfry where i cooked everything in one pan. I boiled my carrots and broccoli first as.they were frozen and i wanted a different texture. Then I added the peppers and onions and set those aside fired up the pan hot to cook the strip steak and then dropped an egg inside amd returned everything and we even put the pan on the table to serve. Easiest meal ever thanks to anolon. If I had a suggestion or wish it would be to include a lid. I had a lot of leftovers once ans didn't want to dirty a dish but had no choice because the pan is much larger than my biggest lid.

There are certain pots and pans that become your go-tos because you know they cook well and this Anolon Stir Fry is becoming a go-to. It looks great, it heats food quickly (without sticking to the pan,) and it heats so evenly that you can almost use it like a flat pan. The packaging says that it can go into an oven up to 500 degrees but I have not tested that out yet. I've used it for one-pot stir fries, pasta dishes, and even eggs. Nothing sticks, therefore cleaning is very easy. I'm looking forward to purchasing other products from this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compare to other the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Luxe 12" Stir Fry - Sable is the right size and by far the best,I absolutely love the feel of the pan and the cook I get from it. It's a solid non-stick and the copper allows for even and quick heat transfer. It has already become my favorite pan to grab for most everyday meals. The bottom is flatter in a larger area than traditional, but still not as large an area as a skillet/fry pan. The area of the flat bottom is still easily large enough to handle two fillets .The Analon Nouvelle Copper Luxe is my favorite and it will be first choise next time im in the marke for a new one. And I will definietely recommend it to everyone.
