I used this pan for the first time. I took a chance by not spraying it with Pam or dusting it with flour. I was amazed that my cake slipped out so easily and in perfect form. My cake did not stick at all. I highly recommend. I have all Anolonbake ware. I love them all. Did I mention I also own their cookware? I love them all!

I have had this pan for awhile and I absolutely love it. My cakes consistently come out perfect when baked in my Anolon pans. Sticking is a thing of the past. But more important the heft of the pan ensures even browning and rising. Clean-up is a breeze, which is certainly a bonus. One can certainly buy more expensive pans - but I do not believe one can buy a better pan.

ok, so I'm not a baker. I love cooking savory foods. I leave the baking to my husband. I had seen a life hack for roasting chicken in a fluted cake pan. I decided to try it using our Anolon fluted mold and it works great! and clean up was so easy! My husband was worried that his cakes would taste like chicken but i can attest that there was no smell/taste transfer after washing it. Knowing I can use this cake mold for sweet AND savory dishes makes me very happy. Also the silicone handles are nice and easy to grab and handle (no pun intended) with clunky oven mitts without touching the food.
