I ordered three of these rugs trying to get one that wasn't defective. It is really a beautiful rug with vibrant pops of red and rust. It's much prettier in person and much more vibrant. BUT...on all three, there were bare spots on the edges. At first I thought there was some white in the edge, but after examining it, I discovered that the white I was seeing was the stitching underneath. I have two Safavieh rugs that are perfect and beautiful. I'm not sure what the problem is with this particular style, but the last one I received and returned had bare spot on three of the four edges. I'm tempted to try it again, but I found another Safavieh rug that I love and want to keep.
