This is a very inspiring book for anyone with obesity or cancer. As I have aged and found wieght loss more and more impossible I have already tried the ketogenic lifestyle with success. This book not only explains the sience behind this process in an easy to understand manner but also has invauable tips for improving and sustaining it. I read the kindle version and purchased additional paperbacks for family and friends hoping to sell them on keto.

I purchased this book to help me with my Keto journey. At first I found the read a little overwhelming so I bought the audible version as well. That was the best decision I made.
