A: Hello, this is a Canopy, it can be secured to the ground. The grill in the pictures is not included.

Instructions leave much to the imagination. Many manufactured holes do not line up, be prepared to drill them out. The company was short one screw so have some on hand as well. Not what I would expect for this price point. If I hadn't done my own drilling I would have returned it.
