My kids love this bike and look forward to playing with it everyday. Even my 3 year old enjoys it. I just make sure he's always wearing his helmet. The delivery was fast and assembly was pretty quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this for my 3.5 yr young great-grandson and he absolutely, positively loves it. It is perfect for him. His brother 4.5 yr young got on it and it just didn't suit him. I feel this is made for small-boned children. It does great on concrete, not so good on grass, and no good on going up a slight hill. Assembly was very hard for me, I'm 74 years old, then my daughter came it and put it together in no time. She said it was easy assembly.

Awesome little bike. Perfect for my 3 year old. Training wheels are a huge help. Not too fast and easy for him to operate. Assembly is a bit tedious, but only takes an hour.

I ordered this for my son. The bike arrived in a few days. I put it together and it not work. Charged the battery 10 hrs like it states in the book. Still did not work. I emailed them about it asap. They responded in no time. Sent me a slip for UPS to return it. In the mean time i ordered a another one it arrived quickly and works great. I got my money back for the defected one. They where great to deal with. Thank you so much you made a 4 year old very excited Christmas morning.

My son is 4, loves this bike the 6 volt is very slow, may convert to bigger battery soon. Also battery life doesn¡¯t stay up too long but that¡¯s normal for these toys.

I put this electric bike together easily but it will not start. I have read every word in the manual, tried the trouble-shooting tips, and dissected the bike to check all of the wiring. Everything is connected correctly, the battery sounds like it is charging but after 10 hours, it will not start. I searched on Youtube for videos of people putting this bike together. This is very disappointing but I'm glad I tested it before Christmas Eve or I would have a very sad four year old boy. I will need to return this item.
