Q: How is this product wireless charging compatible? The bump on the back holding the top and bottom of product together does not allow airpods to lay flat so not wireless charging is able to occur.

It certainly provides protection, but after owning it for just a couple months, the lid component has stretched out so that it doesn't fit snuggly and flops around, even when the lid of the airpod hardcase is closed.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your thought and strive to develop our product better. Please follow these steps to fix your loose Airpod case. All it takes is a pot of boiling water and some ice cubes or ice water to shrink the silicone case so it fits snugly again. Swirl the Airpod case in boil water from 30s to a minute. The silicone case will stretch and become more malleable. Remove from the boiling water and place in a bowl of ice. Keep it in the ice or bowl of ice water for 30 seconds. The grip of the silicone catches, and while its in my bag, it will open the case, causing it to try to sync up, and can drain the battery. Its annoying.

Every time you go to close the case, the AirPod hard shell closes and leaves the silicone case left behind. So annoying. Feels cheap and flimsy.

Love the color but the fit isn’t snug enough. Haven’t even had it 2 months and the top flies open with ease. Having to always check and make sure I didn’t lose one out on public is a headache. Went on a switched to another case.

Amazing quality and great fit. I never have an issue with the lid coming off or being loose. I do wish heyday will come out with airpod pro 2 generation cases but these will still work and don’t bother me at all.

This case fits great for my AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I don't carry them back and forth a lot, but the case seems to stay put. You may have to put the top on first then squeeze in the body. Also, the pinging and charging sound is slightly diminished with the case on. But I like it so far.
