I know that Target isn't fully responsible, but the way this was packed and delivered is not OK! Needless to say I will not trust Target or UPS in the future. The iPad is broken due to the mishandling.

On 12/3/24 I called to check the status of my order only to be told it was no longer available. How do you confirm an order and fail to tell customer the item is no longer available?
