The buttons do not align with the 13 Pro Max. False advertisement. Because the buttons don’t align the phone does not sit in the case properly. It was a Christmas gift I gifted, so it is embarrassing that they have to deal with an exchange/return.

I specifically ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max case and what came was an iPhone 12 Pro Max case, which didn’t fit. The receipt said ‘iPhone 12 Pro Max/iPhone 13 Pro Max’ case, despite specifically ordering the 13, so unclear if Target recognizes a difference

Not worth the money. Wish I could get my money back. This case is nice but just not durable. Its pealing and has tiny chucks come off of it, mainly on the edges near the screen because of simple clumsy drops it. My screen protector has chipped and cracked too. Never had an issue with my previous cases. This just doesn’t protect well. Just supposed to look good.

This is the worst case and Apple product I have ever owned. It chipped immediately, within a week in the corners. There is not enough of a bevel around the edges. Not worth the money and would not recommend.

The edges stated chipping off immediately. The case doesn't have a deep enough bevel, either, so there is no protection for the screen or really for the cameras. My phone was scratched by a fall of less than a foot. The only thing I like is the lack of bulk.
