Bought this for a Christmas present for my mom. I tried to set it up and it kept saying it needed to charge. This is defective and target won’t do an exchange or return because they only allow a 14 day window. Don’t buy. Buy through the Apple Store instead.

All of a sudden right before Christmas it was on back order & said would arrive Jan 4. Had pic of it wrapped and now it was canceled on Jan 2. No notice before. Just canceled. Now 2 days later & it shows available, but for much more money. Not ok!

Sketchy!! Purchased mine through a target drive up order because there was a promo sale. The box did not have plastic wrapping and it looked like it had been opened and banged up. I’m guessing the workers had to make sure everything was in the box before giving it to me. All other parts of the items had safety seals but it still makes me wonder if it’s legit or not. Although, the watch works, I didn’t feel too confident with this buy because of the condition of the box.

Was most definitely worth waiting all year for the Black Friday sale to arrive to buy this item. Was a pain to deal with the setup process because it comes fully dead & has to be charged to even active the factory set setup program installed into the watch & will take upwards to an hour or more to complete fully. Regardless i’d say it was worth every dollar spent at the end of the day. I use it everyday since buying & I can guarantee you’ll see you got you moneys worth when used on an often schedule repeatedly. Of course you’d have to customize it to your preferences so it reaches your desired showcase in value. Obviously it’s just an addition to one’s wants & not an necessity but it’s without a doubt worth every dollar spent when you purchase it easily !

Beware when ordering online!!!!! Multiple times package stated it was going to be delivered “today” and then it never came. Tracking would bounce back and forth between item being in California and South Carolina. I called FedEx and they were unable to locate by package. I then called Target customer service to cancel order and they were great, apologized and gave me a refund as I needed this item for a birthday present and it was now past the birthday. Then today, FedEx pulls up on my driveway and delivers a completely empty box to my door. I am not sure if the FedEx delivery guy stole it or Target never put the item in. Box was completely empty, yet still taped. No packing peanuts/paper/bags. No packing slip and definitely no watch. I was thinking I was not going to have to return item I cancelled to the store, but I guess not as box was empty. I notified Target customer service, but they didn’t seem too concerned. I am grateful they gave me my refund, but will not order online from them again after this experience. That would have been a very expensive empty box had I not received the refund.

Ordered this and when my package came the only thing in the box was bubble wrap. The box’s purple target tape was clearly ripped open and masked with clear tape. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and to receive an empty box was so disappointing. They were quick to give me my refund but I’m upset I wasn’t able to get the item that I ordered.

I’m in love with my Apple Watch. It charges well and exceeds battery life of 18 hours. I found that if you use the cable it comes with that it holds charge and charges better. However, it is usb C on the plug into the wall end. That’s an easy fix with a usb C charging brick. Tracks my morning bike rides and functions perfectly.

I ordered an Apple Watch from Target, but when it arrived, the box felt empty, and it was clear the package had been tampered with. The Target seal was broken and resealed with clear tape. When I contacted Target, they told me since the item was marked as delivered, they couldn’t do anything and directed me to FedEx. FedEx denied my claim, saying the retailer (Target) had not reported the issue and they don’t allow claims on their shipments. Both Target and FedEx refused to take responsibility, leaving me stuck with an empty box and no resolution. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not trust Target for delivering electronics again.
