So I can’t blame Target for this since they just sell the item, but I’m not happy with the fact that I get a brand new watch that does not come with a cube so I can charge it. So now I’m here with a dead watch that I can’t use until I buy a cube.

I'm a senior citizen who fell down & was hospitalized. My kids wanted to get me a "Fall Detection" device but they were all bulky & cost $40 a month ($480 a year/every year!!) so I found this(on sale) and Apple Support was extremly patient & nice in helping me set up. I LOVE IT. Comfortable, stylish, light weight, added all my children for alerts. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!

I previously had a Fitbit and am so happy to make the switch! However, the battery life on this is awful. At 7am it was at 100%, and 3pm it’s at 64%. I hardly figit with it. Maybe this is normal? I still love it but the battery is annoying.

I ordered this when it was on sale to be a christmas present. We just unboxed gifts and instead of the expensive watch I ordered my husband unboxed a bottle of aveeno moisturizer. I tried to contact support and they're just saying too bad so sad. They'll take your money and sell you an item, but won't make sure it's the correct expensive item you purchased.
