I bought this because my old watch died right before a business trip and I needed something immediately. A word of advice: If you are a garmin/sports person just go buy a new garmin. Don’t buy the apple advertising that this is good for training, it’s a smartwatch, and it’s for email/texting/notes/power-working. Its app functionality is not geared towards health and multi-sport fitness tracking. The climbing activity was a joke, and I keep getting pressured to buy the fitness app subscription. I’m not a runner, and it seems most people who like it are runners. It does have a curling activity though, so curlers, get it!

Something wrong with the piece Target sold me. The watch didn’t even stick to the charger. The watch band and the charger were in tact. What’s crazy is the box was fully sealed exactly like how Apple would seal. Either Target sold me a counterfeit watch or it’s a damaged piece.

Received package with box for watch that was torn open and dirty. Watch missing. Called target and received and was told they were opening a case and I would hear from someone, but never heard from anyone. A few days later I received a refund. Not sure if it’s any fault of target, but definitely some sort of scam going on.

Shipped through Fedex, delivered with nothing in the package. The package shows clear sign of being tampered with re-tape on the bottom (it is so obvious even from the delivery email sent by Fedex). A quick online search returned many customers with similar experience in the past years. Miss the good old days when one doesn't have to worry about such a thing.

Target shipped me an opened Apple Watch, the package was dirty and tabs opened. The box seal was cut, and the apple watch had been removed. The band and charger were all that were in the box. On many of the deal forums, other users are reporting the same, empty boxes, genuine watches replaced with fakes, older series watches replaced the new one, etc. When contacting Target customer service they refused to do anything to resolve this at first, telling me it was delivered and I needed to file a police report. Only after getting a supervisor and being on the phone for about 45min, providing pictures, etc ... I eventually able to get a refund.

This watch was clearly a returned or used watch. The box was open, rips in the box, did not have the band it was supposed to come with. I notice this is an issue in the reviews. Are these watches not inspected before they are packed in the box? So disappointed when I wanted to give this as a gift. Wouldnt order electronics from target.com again.
