I wish I could give this zero stars. I received my watch within 2 days of ordering and like others have mentioned, it wouldn’t turn on. After 30 min of trying to charge the watch and trying to turn it on, I’ve decided to return this piece of junk.

Purchased in October and put away as a Christmas gift. When the person received the gift on Christmas Day it would not turn on. We even took it to the Apple Store. They told me I received a “dud” from target, and to take watch back to Target. The people at the Apple Store tried everything to get it to turn on and reset. So I’m out $400 and had to replace Xmas gift with a more expensive model. Tried contacting Target about this purchase. Apparently you only have 15 days with an electronic purchase to get a replacement. This policy sucks target! What about electronics purchased before Christmas? I wouldn’t open someone else’s gift before Christmas and was assuming you shipped me a working Apple Watch. If I could give it a -minus negative star I would. Never again.

I read the reviews about the watch not charging/not turning on but I wanted to take my chance with the sale price. Like others have experienced, I charged the watch all night and did not turn on at all. Very disappointed and had to return.

I did it. Got excited for the series number, the price, the size, and the message. Saw the reviews. Banked on a 50/50 chance of the battery not being so old and dormant that it would never power on. Had a Fitbit Sense that was stolen and I seen this at an awesome price, decided to give it a try since I have an IPhone. Not saying I'm glad my Fitbit was stolen, but things worked out. This watch is 10x the watch my Fitbit was. Battery lasted longer in Fitbit, but there is so many more things I have available that's being used with this watch! Only downfall is I get blistered up with the band that comes with. Hope this review was helpful. God Bless

I was super excited about this watch and what it represented. My best friend and I both purchased this watch. Imagine my surprise when the watch would not turn on at all. I left it on the charger for HOURS. Still nothing. There is no indication that this is a refurbished product and this is the second review in a months time about the same issue. The watch was returned and I will not be purchasing anymore electronics from Target. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought the watch as a gift for someone. It never turned on. We took it to the apple store and they said the watch was used and was first purchased in 2021. They had no warranty on their end. The worst part is I used my circle funds that I worked so hard for and they won't return them. Waste of money. Go direct to apple and purchase directly
