The feature is intended to detect signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea for people 18 years old or older without a diagnosis of sleep apnea.

The S/M size fits wrists that measure 130mm to 180mm, while the M/L size fits wrists that measure 150mm to 200mm. If you have a larger wrist, you may consider the Nike Sport Band, which comes in an XL size that fits wrists up to 245mm.
