This is hands down, my favorite healthy sausage or meat option in general. I'm assuming it is dicontinued as I can no longer find it at the store, can not order anywhere online, and the link to purchase here is broken.

Flavor isn't bad. The texture is sometimes ok. Based on the package I bought, one in three sausages will have either small (around 3mm) pieces of bone or pieces of cartilage. Those pieces of miscellaneous parts just ruins it. Won't be buying again.

These are great. Usually I need a ton of syrup on chicken sausage for it to taste good to me, but these had the perfect amount of maple flavor added. 100% recommend !

I've been eating these since I first noticed them in the supermarket years ago. Never had any gristle or spongy texture. Always tastes great. I've purchased them in Boston, Baltimore and California and the quality is consistent. I used to make my own chicken sausage, but these are much more convenient.

I eat the Applegate Maple sausage links every single morning to start my day with good fat & protein. Two years now...3 links every morning. There has not been one morning yet where I don't gag on at least one chunk/piece of gristle hidden within a link. Having to then discreetly spit it into a napkin before shakily moving on with my breakfast. Ugh. It is my only reservation about your product. If you could fix this, you would be millionaires! My family will not eat the sausage because of this problem so I eat Applegate alone. Please solve! Thank you!

We use to LOVE these but the recipe seems to have changed and $5.99 a box. You can change the price or you can change the recipe but changing both leaves me looking for new breakfast sausage. Pros Convenient Cons Dry out easily now Cost has skyrocketed Taste is chemically and recipes changed Better options for the price

We have been eating these sausage for years and I buy multiple boxes at a time to always have them in our freezer. My son refuses to eat them now and I am choking down the ones left in our freezer. The texture is spongy and doesn't taste like real meat. This is so disappointing since our gluten free family has so few options.

Ate them for breakfast for years but the recipe has definitely changed.. it’s more chewy and just not as good as it used to be and now it’s $6.. that’s basically $2 a serving.. will not be buying any more

These are delicious. I have tried several other brands of turkey sausage - and this one is by far the best even though it’s chicken. Wish they weren’t so pricy.

I have been buying these for years as my go to breakfast protein and suddenly have found that my last two bags have had bone fragments in the sausage as well as more fatty pieces than ever. Seems like a change was made to cut down on meat. I never have had this issue before. I will no longer be buying these, so disappointing for the price.

I used to love these!! The chicken maple, the chicken sage, the chicken apple. Something changed recently and they all taste like cardboard. I have continued buying for the last couple months, hoping it was a fluke, but will no longer purchase. At this point I'm throwing them away. I also have experienced bones in them.
