Q: Are there shutoff valves for the head and handheld?
A: Yes. Very good quality and love the jet stream power for washing my hair.
submitted byNikki - 8 years agoA: If you're looking at the main shower head it's to the left, behind the head. There is 3 settings: main shower only, handheld only and then both. Hope this helps!

Q: Does one of the heads detach or do they both remain stationary?
A: One of the heads detaches and it has a switch to change waterflow to either head.

Q: The title says rainfall combo, but the details/specifications section doesnt mention a rainfall setting like some of the other showerheads on here do, so is there actually a rainfall setting or not?
A: Rainfall in our eyes refers to the overall pressure of the shower as opposed to a setting. Our rainfall showers are more gentle than our high pressure models.

Q: Do they both work at same time or is it water out of one or the other? And how is the pressure?
A: This is a 3-Way which means by turning the diverter knob, you can use the shower head only, the hand shower alone or both together.

A: it is made of plastic
