Q: Hello. Why does the packaging say drinking water, but the bottle itself says purified water? Is the water drinkable?

A: I had the same concerns but I took a chance and bought it anyways. Ive been drinking it for years now and I'm as healthy as I've ever been. My conclusion is YES this purified water IS drinkable.

A: Hi! Bisphenol-A is not used to make plastic our plastic bottles. We use bottles that are generally made from polyethylene terephtahalate (PET). Hope this helps!

Q: When I order this for pickup, I never know whether the product has blue cap or white cap. Exactly what is the difference? I prefer blue cap because the bottles with the white cap are very thin and will not stand!
