I’m not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. The rug is soft and has a good height to it. It looks great and so happy I got it on sale!

Other reviews are spot on—it does shed a lot when vacuumed, but I adore the pattern and the incredibly soft, plush feel. It truly adds warmth to the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this rug however, it snags exceptionally easily and sheds fibers non-stop. We have had it for over 4 months with multiple vacuums per week and it still fills up the entire vacuum bin. Honestly, if I could return it I would.

I was skeptical when it arrived folded up in a plastic bag instead of rolled up like usual. Then when I plopped it on my floor, a big dust cloud came out of it and some powdery dust was everywhere. I can only assume this was a used rug. But now the burden is on me to take it back - I'd like UPS to come pick it up!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful rug and looks perfect in the room the only thing is there are small wood chips in it. I emailed and spoke with the rep but according to them it is normal because of the natural fibers of to wool. So you might step in a small wooden piece. I stated they should make that clear in the description if it’s a “normal” part of the rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure why everyone says this rug is soft and doesn't shed, because that definitely has not been my experience so far. I ordered the brown 8x10, and while the design is really fun and beautiful, it hurts to sit on (I like sitting on the floor in front of the couch sometimes) because the material is so pokey and the pokey bits and pieces keep shedding off and attaching to my leggings, irritating my skin even more. There's also random literal rock hard pieces scattered among the rug that's definitely not wool, some sort of hardened plastic maybe?? The only redeeming factor for this rug is the design.....super disappointed at the quality for my first (and last) RugsUSA purchase.

Terrible quality, rug was not cheap and it has loose threads all over and the edges are fraying. I’ve had this for less than 6 months. When I reach out to rugs USA they offered me 10% off for the next 48 hours..do not recommend

The quality did not disappoint, especially for the price. Soft and thick, easy to spot clean so far. Love the look!

This rug's design is nice but every time I vacuum with an empty dust bin, it's FILLED up. I don't understand where all this shedding is coming from. I vacuum my rug 2x at once and get 2 filled dust bins each time - it's disgusting. I don't recommend this at all UNLESS you want to see rug particles all around your home on a daily basis or want to vacuum several times a week. I read the reviews before purchasing and a lot of them said it sheds, I didn't think it would be too bad but IT IS. Regret purchasing.

The box it came in was ripped and all taped together the rug came folded up. Not even rolled and in no plastic wrap poor packaging.

I ordered this rug for my living room, first of all the smell was the first thing I noticed. The rug is also not soft and does shed.
