Directions For best results, use at least twice a week, or as directed by a doctor. Shake well before use. Rub a liberal amount of product between palms and distribute throughout hair and scalp. Work product through hair & massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo. For easy detangling carefully comb through hair with a wide-tooth comb before rinsing co-wash from hair. Q: Has this product changed? It used to say dandruff cowash and have an active ingredient of p. Zinc but now that ingredient is gone and just says cowash??? I’m so sad bc it doesn’t work for itching and dandruff as well as my other container.

I was a little nervous at first purchasing this because of the reviews talking about the strong scent. Full transparency, they were 1000% right BUT it has changed my life. My head used to be so itchy, irritated, and full of dandruff. Like even doing a slick back you could see some dandruff peaking through. After one wash my head felt AMAZING!! I have used this for 2 weeks now (once per week) and I can honestly say my dandruff is all but gone. If you’re willing to power through the smell I say this product is so worth purchasing!! I will have to just find a curly girl conditioner to hopefully help combat the smell🤞🏼

My scalp used to bleed and scab from excessive dryness/ severe eczema. I didn't know what to do anymore I tried all the conditioners, oils, leave ins from other brands. You name it - I tried it. Then I tried this! Saved my life - I have no dryness or flakiness. I've been using this for the past 2 years or so and my scalp was healed right away but it just hit me that I should write a review because my scalp condition was serious and if yours is too this is a game changer. Try it, it's worth it!

This is the only product, including topical prescription medicines, that has helped improve my itchy flaky scalp caused by Seborrheic dermatitis. I use it instead of shampoo and it leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean even though it has a creamy consistency. I have fine hair that is not curly but not truly straight either. I tried the shampoo, which has a thinner consistency. I like the cowash better.

I have very straight, fine, oily hair & live where it gets very cold and dry during the winter. My scalp will get very dry & itchy, which bumps up the oil production :( I decided to give this cowash a try and I love it! I use it every other wash day, alternating with either a gentle or detox shampoo. After the first use the itchiness went a way, and with consistent use it, completely kept the flakes away. I've used it for two winter seasons now, and plan to use it for many more!

I have 1A hair and was hesitant to use this product because it is not meant for my hair type but I was desperate for relief from my itchy, flakey, and dry scalp. At first I used the product every other day for a week and it completely got rid of my problems! In the winter, I get a dry flakey scalp. I used this product and it helped to relieve my issue. It has an herbal kind of scent and feels cooling. It worked on my spouse too! We've purchased this for my MIL to use as well.

I love this cowash! I was trying to find a product that would cleanse, help my dandruff, and still leave my hair moisturized. I've struggled with dandruff all my life and in 1-2 months of using this, my dandruff disappeared. No product I've tried has ever been able to do that. I wash my hair once a week and before I used to not make it to the next wash without extreme itchiness and flakes falling everywhere. I didn't realize how good this cowash was until I switched to a different product and my dandruff and itchiness have come back in full force. I am definitely going to switch back to this product and never stray again! For context, I have type 2b-2c hair.
