I love this fireplace and the way that it completes our living room. It provides the perfect amount of coziness and warmth. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes when I turn the heat on, it does not come on. I have to turn the unit off and back on to get the heat to come on. It may be user error, but that is the only downside I have with this fireplace so far.

We love it. For ambience in an all-electric house it makes the room feel complete. How would I improve it? Add some simple sound effects . Change the led lights inside the logs to flicker a bit to look more real.
