Ashwagandha Dietary Gummies - 60ct - up&up™

I actually like the taste of these, and they do work for me!

Seem to be effective and help my mood. People complain about the texture but that is because these don't contain gelatin to get that traditional gummy texture. They taste like thickened jam so are softer than usual.

I cut these to be the right size for my kiddo. He really enjoyed them for a few weeks, hasn’t really wanted them for a while. Overall a good option, as flavor with ashwagandha supplements can be iffy.

Help activate my hypothyroidism. I haven’t had this much energy in a long time. Taste great as well.

I just started so haven’t felt any change yet. But the taste is not the greatest. I have to eat fast with water because it’s not a good taste

takes these on the regular to calm my nerves and help me sleep. notice a big difference when i stop taking them. taste great. great price

I recently bought these and they are absolutely terrible. Agree with other recent reviews, the texture and taste is foul. I’m going to try to get through them but we’ll see. The lower price is not worth it, I really wish I would’ve gone with name brand like usual.

This is a good supplement and you don't have to swallow another pill. It tastes good. Comparable to goli brand. Better price point. It usually sells out and supply is hit or miss.

These things aren’t candy, but I knew that when I bought them. If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to improve your sleep without taking a pill, these are perfect. I fall asleep faster, sleep more restfully, and wake up feeling refreshed.

I’m sorry, I love everything basically that Target offers and it’s my go to store, but the texture and taste are no were near the nature made brand I was previously taking. They were out of stock, so I bought these. I will soldier through taking them for the month and hope they work well until they are gone! Never again!

Good quantity amount for the price. They have helped me feel more relaxed and less stressed. Gummies taste great as well.

I have always had trouble staying asleep, I take a few of these before bed and I stopped waking up at 3am! They are slimy but tbh it’s not that bad. The flavor is fine, taste the same as any other supplement.

To be honest I just started this because I’m a very emotional person and I tend to over react so I got recommended this lol , I just started taking it I have 4 gummies left and I love it it has helped me level my moodiness , just know it’s very sticky gummy they all get stuck together but it does not bother me

Super slimy and all were stuck together. Left my hands, all sticky and slimy from grabbing them out. Also the seal was half open.

These really help me relax. I’ve tried other calming gummies but ashwagandha is the only thing that’s ever helped me. These gummies taste good too!

I decided to try the Up & Up brand because the Goli brand was out of stock and taking ashwagandha has been a game changer for me. I knew I needed to just take whatever I could get. Ashwagandha helps support relaxation, promotes a sense of calm, helps relieve stress, and helps with sleep. The Up & Up gummies definitely help with my sleep and relaxation, but I feel like the Goli brand, in addition to that, work better to relieve stress and promote calm in my body. The Goli brand also tastes much better. There is a wax on the Up & Up gummies that helps prevent the gummies from sticking to each other, but that wax also makes them more sticky to the touch and gives the gummies a weird flavor. If I had to buy these again, I would, but I’m most likely going to buy the Goli brand whenever possible.
