The snow scraper for the car was supposed to come with a vinyl bag to store it in and keep it safe so it would not be damaged. The bag was missing did not come back. I called the third-party people they could not help me target said I could bring it back and re-order it target did all they could do it's not target fault it's the third-party people that shipped it
