Note the 6 and 9 are one cutter, just rotate to get the number you want. Each cutter is 11-inches tall and 2.125-inches high for a consistent presentation but vary in width so numbers are properly proportioned. Each cutter has securely welded brackets for added stability to maintain the proper shape of the cake when being cut. For best success, bake cake in Ateco 12812 rectangular cake pan, but any cake pan that is 12-inches by 8-inches by 3-inches or larger will work. Once the cake has cooled, apply even pressure to the number cutter, slowly cutting into the cake, remove exterior cake scrapes and carefully remove the cutter, then ice, decorate and enjoy your cake!
