This is the worst tasting beverage I have ever tasted. It tastes like floor cleaner in melted fake flavor ice cream. The taste made me sick to my stomach.

Best tasting vanilla protein shake

These are my go-to mid day snack, I've been drinking them for years. Good taste, not too thick. I do recommend eating them alongside of something else so you don't get a belly ache from all of the protein though.. if you know what I mean!!

One of the main ingredients is vegetable oil which is terrible for our bodies… didn’t realize until after I bought it. Seems contradictory to trying to trying to get healthy!

Simply, the best! I have appreciated these shakes as snacks when readjusting my diet and exercise habits. And, I also have appreciated them during my times of post-op wisdom tooth recovery! I drank them in a cup when I had my dental surgery in recovery. I appreciate the price and quality. The containers help with their shelf life and safety quality, as well. Vanilla is my personal fave! Just be sure not to exceed consuming 2 shakes per day, as delicious as they may be! They are safe and great products for what they're intended for! I also appreciate the price. Thank you!

Not worth the cost for the protein in it!

The Vanilla flavored is not as flavorfull as some of the other flavors.

Tastes like a regular vanilla shake. Very good and I guess that is why I have been using this product for over 3 years.

Atkins is supposed to be for low-carb diets if you're adding fruit and adding bananas and strawberries and things like that your misusing the product it's not made for that, this is to help you lose weight on a low-carb diet and fruit is loaded with carbs now some people say they're good cars but that's not so bananas are fattening on their own so I think that that would only work for somebody who was born thin and perhaps they do a lot of exercise I wouldn't recommend adding fruit or anything else if you're trying to drop pounds and you might not be as active as some people are. the vanilla is very tasty and for some reason whenever I eat vanilla or drink vanilla things they always seem to be a little bit sweet and I think that sometimes because some of the vanilla that they put in products actually has some type of sweetener or sugar in it that's why it may be double sweet as opposed to milk chocolate. the last time I used Atkins it didn't work for me I had used it three times in my life and I'm not sure if my body got tired of the low carb tricking to lose weight I'm not really sure the first time I used items I lost 40 lb in two and a half months. but here's a trick that most trainers in the gym will not share with you. if you eat 25 carbs or less in each of your three meals a day and avoid sweets you will start to lose weight. it took me years to find this clever little trick that finally a trainer who worked for LA fitness years ago gave me and it always helped me. no more than 25 carbs for every meal you sit down to eat avoid bread where you can donate pasta, watch the sauces of the ketchups and the mayonnaise and even some bacons. I came from the old school where we ate bacon and eggs I don't even eat salads when I'm on this because my body's become so sensitive to any type of sweet and my problem is diet soda. which I'm convinced diet Pepsi diet caffeine free Pepsi is using real sugar combined with artificial sweeteners which literally cause the sodas to be twice to three times as sweet as a normal soda even though a normal soda is much higher in calories. I'm surprised Atkins hasn't brought out their own line of sodas. good luck.

Tastes good alone but I also use in my cold brew. Helps me meet my daily protein needs.
