Excellent Diet Plan!

I am happy I found this book because what I truly need is a meal plan that is simple enough for me to follow yet will give me the results I want. I found the Meal Plan in this book very helpful. The foods are basic and easy to find in the grocery. I don't have to worry about following a recipe because I'm not much of a cook anyway. So it's good to know that most of what is in the meal plan are organic foods. I'm so excited to start this diet, I want to lose weight so bad!
