I don't know much about sugars and Këto but this did not taste as expected. It was very much chalky (as a lot of protein chocolates are) and dry in my mouth. The clusters are a great size and the pack at the store is reasonable for the cost, but I personally could not get over the artificial and chalky flavor. Not for me
