This was a waste of my time. If you have ADHD stay away from this book. The book goes on about routine and mindset about doing a little everyday to create routine. Bah that exective fuctioning part of the brain is not there if you have adhd. You have been warned.

I first heard it as an audiobook and then purchased it. The focus on habits rather than the end goals was logical. Practical insights that I will use and share with others.

I kept seeing this book on my feed, books you need to read. I stumbled upon it while shopping at Target. I've been reading it every since. It's a great book, with great advice on how to break bad habits and form better ones. Love it so far and have a few chapters left. But it's definitely a great book to read, if you want to make changes.

I didn’t enjoy it. Way too much repetition and if you’re someone with ADHD this book isn’t for you. Very hard to focus. Each chapter takes too long getting to the point. If you enjoy learning about how to achieve goals and need understanding as to how we develop habits good or bad. Then try it but it just wasn’t for me.
