This is a very low quality top, and if I didn’t need this style of top for a costume and didn’t get it on sale, I’d have returned this in a heartbeat. Definitely not worth full price. Color is darker than pictured and is paper thin. Be ready to layer with it. Target’s clothes are usually pretty good quality, but this is an unfortunate miss.
