A: Fluffing is required! It took me 2 hours to fluff the 9 ft tree.

A: Each LED contains red, green, blue, and white LEDs. Pastel mixes in white as well as the primary colors. They should be brighter, but the software may auto-dim to compensate for power draw and heat.
A: They have the twinkle option for both white and multicolored lights but not the pastel lights
A: I ordered the 7.5 ft tree, and FedEx says the package is 45 lbs.
A: Unfortunately all sections of the tree need to be connected to each other for the tree to light up. I will ask our technicians to look into the matter and see if a tree topper can connect.
