Wife has used this product in the past. Both she and I tried to release the plunger top on the pump without success. We had to pour its contents into the old bottle in order to use the product. For the unitiated, let me state that there are no instructions telling a customer how to release the plunger which today (with all instructions written in three or more foreign languages for some products) I find disappointing.

I noticed I started really disliking my hair after continuous use of this shampoo and conditioner. Didn’t really work for me at all. I have naturally wavy hair so frizz is always a huge problem for me and this made my hair look frizzy even when I straightened it. I initially wanted to try this because I typically pay a lot of money for high end shampoo and conditioner and was hoping I could cut that expense down by using drug store but nope. Going back to the expensive stuff

Only giving 1 star for pump. Used this shampoo and conditioner for so long but then my hair started falling out in clumps. My hair is just now starting to grow back. Sucks because this such a good product for so long.

I liked that the ingredient is pretty low compared to other big name brands. I don’t use conditioner and no other hair products or serums. Strictly use their shampoo only and I rarely use hot irons so my hair is in pretty good shape overall.

I have used Aussie shampoo for the longest time. I learned about Aussie through a family member that’s no longer with us all of her sisters and daughters all used Aussie. And still to this day I buy Aussie shampoo I open the bottle and I’m instantly taken back to when I was hugging my aunt it’s the good memories for me
