Footrest mechanism doesn’t line up and hits the frame of the chair. So right now I can’t close the footrest!!

Delivery service was perfect on time and didnt have to lift a finger ! The recliner is very well built and im a big guy almost 400 lbs an it holds up to the challenge lol ! Definitely recommend for a bigger person !

Love this chair!!

The chair arrived by Estes freight with no notice or contact. There was a delivery date from Target, but it came over a week earlier than that. Fortunately I was home and able to put the chair inside the garage until I had help to bring it inside, which was more than a week later due to snowstorms etc. I did not unwrap the chair until it was inside the house, to protect it. The outer packaging looked ok. When we opened the packaging, the top of the chair had a ripped/split seam around 12" long. It appeared to be a weakness from the sewing process and something caused it to burst (it was torn, not cut). Also, the footrest mechanism does not line up properly and hits the side of the chair so you cannot put it in all the way. I went on the Target app to report the damage, and "fix an issue" just caused an error. It does not work in the app. I went on the website and the only option was to request a return, which would require someone coming to pick the chair up. There was just no way I was willing to try to get this huge chair back out of my house. I ended up sewing the very large hole closed. The chair would have been good without the two areas of damage, we got the extra wide chair so my husband and dog can sit together.

Great chair. Very well constructed. Love the color it goes with the other furniture in the living room. This is our second purchase with this exact chair in another color for our Vacation home.

The padding is not thick and you can feel the wood behind it. The only way to get the foot lift down is to kick it on one of the corners. I do not have the strength to always do it. The materiel looks like an imitation suede in the picture but in actually, it is more like the materiel they used a lining on the bottom of furniture only thicker. That is what I get for buying online and not seeing it in person. I wish I had not gotten it.

We love the size of this recliner. It's become the favorite seat in the house that we all fit over.

I've never fallen asleep on a chair before. The first time I sat in and reclined this chair, I was out within 10 seconds. My feet always hurt (especially by end of day) and I can't tell you how good it felt to lay so flat. I'm astounded at how close it is to my blinds without touching them when fully reclined. I fit in this with my 2 pre teens or my husband, myself and our little one! Get this chair.

I love the chair, but have not been pleased with service, My delivery dates were mixed up took time off to be here they did not show , so they said they were going to remove my delivery fee. furniture came a couple days later it's been three weeks and I'm still fighting to have that delivery fee removed!!!

There is now room for my dogs and cat to spread-out next to me---NOT scrunched up on top of me!! The main drawback is the leg rest does not stay up. Overall a good recliner, comfortable and attractive.

I couldn't be happier with the appearance of this recliner but I am sorely regretting not getting the power recliner option due to this size. The footrest does not lock into place so it slowly slides back down without enough weight in the chair to offset it. When exiting the chair, it is very difficult to close the footrest. I am holding out hope that it can be retrofitted with the power recliner and/or we can exchange it, otherwise, it is pretty unusable other than to look nice or not use the reclining option.

The material is a dog hair/drool magnet but i love it over all!!
