Cleanse and soothe baby's sensitive skin with Aveeno Baby Cleansing Therapy Moisturizing Wash. Designed for baby's sensitive, eczema-prone skin, this dermatologist- and pediatrician-tested bath wash cleanses and soothes irritated and dry skin, leaving skin feeling comfortable. It's accepted by the National Eczema Association and clinically shown to gently cleanse baby's eczema-prone skin. The gentle, baby body wash is formulated with finely milled natural oatmeal, known for its soothing and nourishing properties, along with provitamin B5 and rich emollients. Hypoallergenic, pH-balanced, and fragrance-free, the baby bath wash is tear-, sulfate-, soap-, paraben-, phthalate-, and phenoxyethanol-free. To use, squeeze onto hands or a wet washcloth and apply to baby's skin, building a creamy lather and rinse.

Q: Is it possible to identify the source of the glycerin in the baby products?/ or possible additional testings for at least the top 8 main allergens? so many babies now have allergies with the eczema

A: The company that manufactures it would likely be able to answer that question. On a side not you might have some luck finding some of the aggrevating factors for your child’s eczema by doing food sensitivity testing. (It’s different then allergies. My son’s eczema improved significantly after removing foods he testing positive for.) He’s sensitive and did well with this product but much better with an all natural charcoal soap.

Doesn't foam or spread well. While I know that foaming action doesn't do anything cleaning-wise, I feel like the product doesn't spread well. I've used the whole bottle with a loofah or washcloth. As an adult who is sensitive to fragrance, I'll keep trying to find another body wash or bar. On a positive note, it didn't have a strong smell.

I was using a different wash before and baby's skin was always better after a bath, but it had fragrance so I thought I'd try this since it's for eczema. I've used it twice and both times my baby's skin was fine before the bath (we've gotten a good moisturizing routine) and after it was all dry and red everywhere. I don't know how this is endorsed by the eczema foundation.

My baby develop eczema patches on his skin. I was recommended this was by another mom with the same issue and it worked in just one or two watches I started noticing the difference. I pair it with the lotion from the same line and my baby skin feels totally different now. I do recommend and the scent is not over powering which I love.

I used this the first time on adult skin and the skin showed bad irritation and flare up. I don't know how it will turn out in baby skin. Never use this product!

Have used this product 13-15 years. Only body was I can use. Formula went from creamy white and smelling great to translucent with a bad smell. Made my skin itch and burn. Cannot have it on my skin for even a second. If it’s doing this to me, what will it do to a baby with sensitive skin or eczema.

This product- Aveeno Baby Cleansing Wash has been helping with my 3 year old’s eczema. He and I like the feel- as it’s not at all greasy. Skin is soft and smooth. The reason I’m giving it only 4 stars- not because of the actual product, but because of the size of the bottle. And the price. Why can’t Aveeno make this in a larger size version too?

I have used Aveeno eczema wash for my 2 year old since he was born. Nothing else seemed to work to keep him from scratching himself constantly due to the dryness . With this new formulation, he's now back to having dry patches, bumps, and scratching himself all over.

We’ve been buying and using this product for years up until the recent formula change. The new formula is irritating and tends to dry the skin instead of moisturizing it. Dislike the color, texture and smell in comparison to the original. Why try and fix something when it’s not broken. Bring back the original one. Thanks

I’ve been using this product for years and it’s a blessing for my unbelievably sensitive, dry skin. However, the new formula is a lot more drying and irritating. I don’t understand why they changed it, please please change it back.
