Axe 4.4oz Gel Can Air Freshener Dark Temptation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to put in my cat because I love the smell of it when my husband uses it. I was so excited to get it but when I opened it at first I thought wow this is strong but I figured with it going in my car it would mellow out the smell and aroma and it wouldn't be so strong. I use the scented trees all the time and I'm okay with those. After I put the can in my car under the back seat so it would spread throughout evenly and went in to work I didn't expect how it would be that afternoon. When I came out to leave from work I opened the door and it hit me so strong I nearly passed out. I turned the car on and rolled down all the windows and turned the fan on to try to blow out the scent as much as I could. I put the lid back on the can and tied it up in a bag. I ended up giving it to my son for his huge rv and he likes it ND says it's not to strong. I had to go 2 weeks of rolling all 4 windows down everytime I went anywhere and still had headaches daily. I think had o left it in the house or in a large RV like my sons it is better and smells great but in a vehicle it is just to much.

Smelled great for couple days and just didn't smell afterwards. I thought it would last the 30 days, but was definitely disappointed in this product as it didn't last a good amount of time. Had good smell from the start but again felt like it lasted as if you sprayed axe cologne in my car then smell just disappeared.

It was very easy, to remove the seal, which then allowed the scent to flow through the air. I love this scent, it's sexy, musky alluring. This Axe gel car air freshener would easily sit under one of your car seats etc. I personally choose to keep it in one of my additional cup holders in my car. It fits perfectly in the cup holder. I have been using for approximately 2 weeks and it still retains that great “Dark Temptations” scent. I love how it smells in my car.I definitely recommend this brand and scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is exactly crap! It barely is a smell to it, end. It doesn’t do what it says it does , simple as that. I threw it in the garbage after that, had it for about a week and then it’s like that smell was nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i put it in my car earlier in the day and within an hour my whole car smelled amazing. it seems to work better when heat hits it. but if you open it all the way up it should work just fine. my daughter is a smoker and after an hour of this scent air freshener, you'd never know it.

It does smell good, and the scent is very strong! I put it under my driver’s seat and it was too strong for me so I moved it underneath the back seat and it was still too strong for me. It actually gave me a headache. Mind you, I am a mid thirties woman. Strong scents didn’t bother me 10 years ago like they do now. I think any young man or teenager would enjoy this, and I did end up putting mine in my husband’s car- which he liked! Definitely going to be buying these for all the young men in my life- especially my hockey playing nephews! The scent is very long lasting. I deducted a star for the headache it gave me.

The dispenser is actually really nice and doesn't distract or even look like an air freshener. To me it doesn't really smell like dark chocolate and the scent is ok, not too overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been hot here. It hasn't made it leak. It is a twist unlock to remove the foil and then pop up a center disk. It fits fine under my seat. It smells of fresh/pine/men's cologne with a hit of chocolate under tones. My daughter put it in the passenger side door. I could not smell it. I put it closer to the center and then I could smell it. It is not overpowering, but it is a nice background scent. If you want to cover up a scent or have it present when you open the door, this isn't for you.
