I originally bought this for a boost of energy which it does and it also helps with low moods. I take other forms of B Vit. and add this in the am. Works great.

First, I have only recenlty strarted using B shots, although I use a lot of caplet type products. I generally prefer time-reelased capsules and such. In the last few months, work has been exhausting and I tried the various store products, which I found bitter. This product tastes sweet, although a bit of an odd mix of berry flavors. I prefer the methyl B compound found in here compared to the cyano B compound found in the stores. You might want to do a little research on your own for the differences. I am not thrilled with the plastic tubes this comes in,as they can be easily damaged carrying them around, unlike the store products which are meant to be tossed around. So, you might want to save an old candy/mint metal box and stow a couple bottles inside if you need to tote these around. I'm happy enough with the value, as the price is half of the cost at my local department store.

could taste a better, can taste the vitamins in it. Not so bad that I would not buy it . better for you than those you buy in the store. My husband said he felt it instantly, he is a 3rd shifter and is always tired. I'm back to buy more.
