Q: How do I get to the batteries in the left antenna, I read that were they are located but I can't get to them

A: Hi Becca. The battery cover is on the inside left antenna. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to open up the battery compartment, replace the 3 AAA batteries with all new alkaline batteries, close the battery compartment (seal completely) and off you go. The Battat Team

A: Hi Td1984. If the volume is not working, it may mean that the batteries are starting to run down. Please change all of the batteries with all new alkaline batteries. The Battat Team

A: Hi Trixi. There is no volume setting on the Buggly Wuggly. You can try changing the batteries, as they may be running down and affecting the volume. Alkaline batteries work best. Thank you. The Battat Team

Never received item UPS stated it delivered couldn’t speak to someone I could understand it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday then said delivered on Tuesday never received item NO ONE CARED AT TAGET said I had options I don’t want options I want item delivered on the date it originally said when I ordered it!

My twins LOVE this snail! They are 2.5 and they have been playing with it daily since their first birthday. It is one of their favorites (and they have had about 6 different ride on toys). It is sturdy. The lights don’t light up but I also haven’t changed the battery because they don’t care about them at all. My twins and four year old love this thing.

I am a mother of 4 and we have been through some toys, and this is the best ride on toy we have found. Both my 4 year old and 1 year old(21 months) love this and have been using it for 5 months with no issues. It is very sturdy and my kids never tip over on it. It is easy for my 1 year old to get on and off of, and to maneuver around on our tile floors. The eyes are cute and light up and make noises, and my 1 year old likes storing her loveys under the seat when she goes for a ride. Couldn't recommend this Snail Ride On enough!

I never really leave reviews BUT we love this toy!!!! We’ve had ours for over 5 years and my kids are still obsessed with it. My 15 & 12 year olds also like to hop on it for a ride still lol. Our kids love this! Easy to ride on and they love the little storage spot in the seat that lifts up. The only negative is the black marks on the eyes rub off eventually but bedsides that they’ve loved it for years! Great for 1-4 years old.
