Not sure if ours arrived broken, but this chicken never made any noise or did anything fun, it just smacked its feet on the floor and was very underwhelming. The pole snapped in half just from my two year old pushing this around. So now it goes into the garbage, less than four months after purchasing.

Dangerous!!!!!! The wood handle snapped with barely any force from my 14 month old. Luckily I was standing next to him or he could have gotten seriously injured from sharp wood pieces!

It pushes very rough and bumpy, practically shakes my 13 month old as he pushes it and you really do have to push quite hard for a baby. He also tripped and stepped on it 48 hours after opening it and snapped the whole handle off so not built to withstand a baby actually playing with it 🥴 Cheap cheap cheap.

It’s cute, however, it is almost impossible to push and make the feet turn. All of the adults on Christmas were having a hard time with it, and my toddler couldn’t do it at all. I was just carrying the thing around.

It is missing the green, grooved, connecting tube that screws the two stick pieces together. Is completely unusable and useless w/o this crucial piece. Definitely made me feel ashamed when we went to give it to my niece on Christmas. No toy for Callie..on top of that, this toy also didn’t make any noise when I was trying to figure out a safe way to “fix” this. Very unhappy, wish I hadn’t bought it from Battat, who I have purchased multiple toys from in the past and have been glad to gift. Prbly won’t be purchasing anymore now that quality control has apparently gone so far down hill. It’s a shame because their designs are very kid-friendly and not some schlocky attempt to sell a movie franchise tchotchke..which’s a rare find these days in children’s toys. Whomp whomp

You probably won't hear anything if the B. toys Chick-n-Chase is pushed on carpet. If your little one is pushing the chicken on a tile or a wood floor, and isn't making noise, we recommend that you take it back to Target for an exchange. Sincerely, Team Battat

Does not cluck. I don't know if mine is broken, but I hear no clucking. The feet slap and the wings move, so the rest is fine.

My only gripe is that it's supposed to make a noise after pushed a few times, and the one I received didn't.

She was running around the house saying “buck buck buck!” The quality and durability are top notch! Love the fact that there was very little wasteful plastic in the packaging. No safety concerns for me as parent as it appears to be well manufactured doesn’t have any loose small parts. Great product!
