A: It does not come with a spoon but I'm not sure what Thalia is talking about because is also does not come with a doll.

A: Hello and thank you for your question. The Baby Alive Diapers will fit most Baby Alive Dolls. We advise you only use the accessories included with the Baby Alive Change ‘n Play such as the tube, bottle, and teether along with clean water.

These are essential for fully enjoying a Baby Alive. My daughter received her first Baby Alive doll last year, but quickly used up the food and diapers before placing the doll in a container accessible to the new puppy. After the first doll lost part of her legs, she asked Santa to bring another, but with more food and diapers. This is priced really well and definitely extends the playtime with a Baby Alive doll.

Love that you can get a lot of diapers for baby alive for the best price. I wish it came with less food packets. We only have one baby that can eat food so we use it less. The food is also neon green and stains everything and is such a pain to clean up. This is the biggest set of diapers I can find though, just don't need so much food.
