Great flavor. Yes you must carefully wash each piece, but I do that anyway so no big deal. The only issue is this is frequently out of stock.

So glad Target carries fresh and delicious bok choy! I no longer have to drive to a far away Asian market. As others have said, stop complaining about dirt and bugs just wash your veggies like everybody else! :-)

but i get it now. i understand dirt on bok choy, it's a vegetable. but i've never had bok choy *this* covered in dirt before. and BUG BITES EVERYWHERE. i had to toss out half of the greens because they were so bitten up.

Purchased these twice and both times I have had to really thoroughly wash in between each stalk/stem. Always dirt and insects (dead).

Was excited to see bok choy at target, but I just found a fly in mine before washing and cooking it. Never found bugs before in produce at target I don’t think I’ll buy bok choy from here again. :/
